Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) Health Coaching

I am a certified Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) Health Coach. I work with you one-on-one, either in person or virtually, no matter where you are in the world.

I work with you to establish achievable goals, adapted to your life circumstances.  As your health coach, I have a distinct role as I focus on behavioural changes to achieve profound and long-lasting well-being. 

What can you expect from AIP coaching?

 

If you suffer from one of the over 100 identified autoimmune diseases, the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) is designed to help you heal.
 

While there is no cure for the majority of autoimmune diseases the choices we make every day can have a powerful effect on how we feel.

The AIP diet

As your health coach, my role is to support your behavioural changes so that you achieve profound and long-lasting well-being. 

Coaching sessions can either be in person in my Willoughby office or online wherever you are. I coach virtually online worldwide.

 

How does the Autoimmune Protocol work?

 

The Autoimmune Protocol is a scientifically supported, nutritionally dense elimination and reintroduction diet.  

It’s specifically designed to reduce inflammation and symptoms of autoimmune disease.

What we eat and the health of our gut are now identified as fundamental to reducing inflammation in our bodies and supporting our mental health.

The immune system is nutrient greedy and an enormous proportion of the body’s immune system lies within the tissues surrounding the gut. The AIP’s goal is to help you maximise the nutrient density of your diet to support your immune system, while eliminating foods that drive inflammation and overstimulate your immune system.
 
Autoimmune disease is a combination of genetics, environmental factors and diet & lifestyle. Your genetics and past environmental exposures are not within your control but you can change your food choices and lifestyle.  By doing so, you can better manage your autoimmune symptoms. 
 
You cannot switch off your immune system but you can reduce your symptoms – and I can show you how.
