Tapping, although very powerful, is not a complex process and is something you can learn and use whenever you feel you need it.
I teach tapping in a 2-hour, one-off session. The session will identify areas where you think it may help and I will teach you the process. Tapping is a wonderful tool to be able to use when you need it for both you and your family.
What is tapping?
EFT/Tapping is a gentle tapping technique that resolves negative feelings, thoughts and emotions, cravings, and emotional and physical pain. Although simple to do, it is a very useful self-healing tool.
It is sometimes referred to as emotional acupuncture because, by tapping on specific acupuncture points on the body, the energy pattern behind a problem can be released.
In EFT/Tapping, it is not relevant how long ago something happened or how big or small a problem may be in your life.
One of the best things about EFT is that it can be done anywhere, at any time, quickly and without the use of any equipment, medications or supplements.
